Academic Information System (AIS)

All students of EPWP will have access to Academic Information System (AIS).

1. AIS is the on-line learning & interactive portal of XIMB.
2. Students through AIS will have access to high quality online interactions between the Faculty and the participants but also among the participants themselves.
3. Through AIS students can network with faculty, current students and alumni of XIMB.

Faculty

Highly experienced and professional faculties of XIMB drawn from various disciples of management take classes and share their industry experience with program participants.

CAMPUS VISIT

The EPWP program has 3 days of residential academic inputs at the XIMB Campus at Bhubaneswar where intensive learning of critical soft skills components is facilitated. This is a mandatory requirement for successful completion of the course. During the period of their stay on campus, the participants need to attend intensive classroom and group learning sessions.

Assessment, Evaluation & Certification

Is the sole responsibility of XIMB. The assessment papers are designed by XIMB faculty to test the knowledge and adaptability of the program. The certificate is awarded by XIMB followed by a Graduation ceremony.

Graduates with minimum 1 year of work experience.

Total Program Fee	1,20,000/- + Applicable Service Tax
First Installment	54,000/- + Applicable Service Tax
Second Installment	48,000/- + Applicable Service Tax
Third Installment	18,000/- + Applicable Service Tax

Selection Process

Application + SOP followed by Personal Interview.
